Grilled Chicken & Vegetable Bundles

Simple, delicious and no clean-up required.
4 Chicken breasts, boneless
1 Ontario greenhouse tomato, sliced
1 Ontario greenhouse pepper, seeded and sliced
1 Onion, sliced
8 Oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 Tsp dried basil
1 Tsp dried rosemary
1 Small can black olives, sliced
½ Cup wine (either white or red)
4 Pieces of tin foil for pouches
Preheat grill on medium high heat.
Place 1 chicken breast in the middle of 1 piece of tin foil. Top with vegetables and olives. Toss in the seasonings and a spoonful or two of the wine.
Fold up the tin foil to make individual pouches. Grill for 15 minutes until chicken is tender and cooked.
