What's In The Fridge, Dinner

Chances are, you have the makings of a great dinner and you don’t even know it!!!
    
Do you have:

Ontario greenhouse peppers? Chop them up!
Ontario greenhouse tomatoes? Chop them up!
Ontario greenhouse cucumbers? Chop them up!
Onions? Get the picture?
Mushrooms? Chop, chop!
Broccoli? You know what to do!

Take 1 lb of any meat you have. Add 2 tbsp of your favourite salad dressing. Throw them both into a pre-heated skillet and stir fry for about 10 minutes.

What now?

If you have tortillas, you have Fajitas
If you have bread, toast it, and serve open faced
If you have leftover rice, cook the veggies with the meat and serve over the rice
If you have leftover pasta, toss it all together
And the list goes on and on………
