Baked Pasta

This is a soon-to-become family favourite.
    
1     Lb ground beef
1     Onion, chopped
1     Cup zucchini, diced
½    Cup Ontario greenhouse sweet red pepper, chopped
½    Cup Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, chopped
3     Cloves garlic, chopped
½    Tsp EACH salt, pepper & oregano
2     Tbsp flour
2     Cups milk
1     Tsp Worchestershire sauce
1     Cup shredded cheese
5     Cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
    
In a large pot, brown the beef over medium high heat. Drain fat. Add onion, zucchini, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, sweet red pepper and tomatoes. Cook for another 4 minutes. Add flour and stir in completely. Cook another minute. Add milk and Worchestershire sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the cheese and mix in. Add the cooked pasta to the pot, stir to mix, and transfer to a casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
