Dinner Pie

Pie for dinner? You bet.
    
1/3       Cup flour
1-1/2    Cups milk
3          Eggs
6          Slices cooked ham, chopped
1/3       Cup grated parmesan
1/3       Cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
½         Cup Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, seeded and chopped
¼         Cup Ontario greenhouse peppers, chopped
¼         Cup green olives, chopped
1          Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1          Clove garlic, chopped
    
Whisk together the flour, milk and eggs until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
