Cucumber Salsa

Great as a dip or a topping!
   
2       Ontario greenhouse cucumbers, chopped finely
1       Cup sour cream
1       Cup yogurt, plain
1/4    Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4    Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1       Tsp cumin
         Salt and pepper to taste
   
Mix it all together and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
