Stuffed Peppers

So simple, so delicious!!!
    
4     Ontario greenhouse peppers
½    Lb ground pork (or beef, chicken, turkey)
1     Cup tomato sauce
1     Cup minute rice
1     Cup frozen peas
1     Cup shredded cheese
       Salt and pepper to taste
    
½    Cup tomato sauce
½    Cup water
      Extra shredded cheese
    
Remove the tops of the Ontario greenhouse peppers and take out core and seeds.

In a bowl, mix the meat, 1 cup tomato sauce, rice, peas and 1 cup shredded cheese. Season to taste.

Fill peppers with meat mixture. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Pour ½ cup tomato sauce and ½ cup water into the bottom of a slow cooker. Stand the peppers upright, cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
