Onion Pizza

Forget take out! You have everything you need right at home!
1 Tbsp olive oil3 Ontario greenhouse tomatoes, chopped
1 Tsp dried basil
1 Tsp dried oregano
¼ Cup diced fried onions
2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Pinch of sugar
Large pizza shell
In large skillet on medium heat, heat olive oil. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano and sugar. Cook until thickened. Add diced fried onions. Spoon onto pizza shell and drizzle slightly with olive oil. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in a 500 F oven for approximately 7 minutes, or until cheese melts.
