Steak Dinner Pizza

You’ve never had such a wonderful pizza!
    
6       Oz. Sirloin steak, sliced thinly
1/2    Ontario Greenhouse red pepper, sliced
1/2    Ontario Greenhouse orange pepper, sliced
1/2    Ontario Greenhouse yellow pepper, sliced
1       Small onion, sliced thinly
1       Ontario Greenhouse tomato, sliced thinly
6       Oz mushrooms, sliced
3       Oz creamy Roquefort cheese (let stand at room temperature)
1       Tbsp butter (room temperature)
2       Cloves garlic, chopped
3       Tbsp red wine
2       Tbsp olive oil
1       pizza dough ball
    
In a large bowl, combine the steak, peppers, onion, and mushrooms with the red wine and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Mix the creamy Roquefort, butter and garlic together. Set aside.

Make a 12” pizza round out of the dough. Place on a baking sheet.

Spread the creamy cheese mixture on the pizza dough. Spread the steak and veggie mixture on top of the cheese mixture. Place tomato slices on top.

Bake at 500 F for approximately 12 minutes, or until pizza is bubbly. Mm Mm Good!
