Pate With Cucumbers

Your guests will never know how easy this dish is to prepare. They will just know how delicious it is.
Arrange thin slices of pate on individual plates, along with a crunchy condiment of thinly sliced Ontario greenhouse cucumbers, marinated in equal parts of honey and vinegar. Be sure to squeeze the cucumber slices dry before serving, and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with more honey if desired.
