American Culinary Federation Tour & Reception

On May 5, 2008, OGVG in partnership with the Canadian Mushroom Growers, the Canadian Consulate General, and the Southwestern Ontario Vintners Association were proud to host more than 50 members of the American Culinary Federation, Michigan Chefs de Cuisine. We enjoyed a tour of Highline Mushrooms, Double Diamond Acres and Sprucewood Shores Winery. A delicious meal with Ontario Greenhouse Vegetables, Ontario Mushrooms and wonderful Ontario wine was featured.
